CTB purchased the grain bin division of Butler Manufacturing, the company that pioneered the grain bin business in 1907, located in Kansas City, Missouri.


CTB acquired Fancom B.V., a provider of market-leading computerized controls and software for agriculture, located in the Netherlands with a subsidiary in France.


CTB International Corp. made its initial public offering of common stock. The stock was traded on The NASDAQ Stock Market under “CTBC.”
